Conference and Recital for Hispanic Heritage
Description
Dr. Wagner worked for several years in Peru, South America and in Mexico. During those years he has collected and perfected a repertoire of folk music drawn from the surrounding cultures of the area. This music has been shared with community groups and schools throughout the United States, and can be combined with a slide show presentation of the Altiplano region of Peru.
This is a two-hour presentation that can be adjusted to meet the scheduling needs of the community. The musical selection and inclusion of the slide show can be customized as well.
The full two-hour cultural enrichment recital is also available on a double-volume set of compact discs. Each of the songs includes a translation to English lyrics.
